Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst to support a healthcare client's Oracle ERP Cloud environment, with a strong focus on master data management and enterprise integrations. This role will partner with business, HR, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and efficient end-to-end ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

Conduct moderate to complex analysis to support departmental and enterprise system effectiveness
Manage and maintain Oracle ERP Cloud master data, including:
+ Chart of Accounts
+ Cost Centers
+ Suppliers
+ Items
+ Locations and related financial structures
Support SCM and HCM master data governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support end-to-end ERP processes
Create and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports to support operational and analytical needs
Utilize PL/SQL to support data analysis, reporting, and integration efforts
Monitor system performance, evaluate processes, and present historical data trends to stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Required

5+ years of experience as an Applications Analyst or similar ERP-focused role
Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, OTBI/BIP reporting, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud master data management
Experience managing SCM and HCM master data
Experience supporting end-to-end ERP integrations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Experience supporting enterprise Oracle ERP Cloud environments
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Seasonal Flu Vaccine and Annual TB Skin Test

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments preferred
Functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (FIN), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
