Responsibilities

Product Design: Circuit design, key component selection, schematic planning, and layout review
Analysis & Reliability: Perform WCA, Tolerance Design, and EE DFMEA
Validation: Measure power component timing, control/comm. signals, and conduct EMC testing
Production Support: Define test specs and improve manufacturing efficiency
Innovation: Optimize current tech and conduct R&D for next-gen technology

Required

Master's Degree: EE/Electronics major (Entry-level welcome) OR bachelor's degree: EE/Electronics major with 3+ years of relevant experience
Deep knowledge in circuit topologies, soft-switching techniques, modeling and control of various types of power converters
Hands-on experience in designing, debugging, and testing power converters
Familiarity with control theory and implementation using digital controllers
Proficiency in power-electronics simulation tools such as: MATLAB/Simulink, P-SIM, and MathCAD
Solid understanding of high frequency magnetic component design and multi-physics simulation tools
Knowledge on high voltage insulation concepts and e-field mitigation techniques
Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaborate with other team members locally and abroad
