Social Media Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy to drive follower growth and engagement
Create compelling content across all platforms using Canva and other design tools
Manage daily posting, community engagement, and brand messaging
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and reach
Demonstrated ability to grow social media presence (metrics required in application)
Manage, write, and edit correspondence, including emails and memos, on behalf of the executive
Prepare and edit reports and presentations as needed
Utilize Canva for social media posts and presentations
Nurture existing customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
Ship gifts, write thank you notes, and respond to emails in a timely manner
Handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism and care
Organize and schedule meetings, including room bookings, sending reminders, and setting up necessary technical equipment
Arrange catering and other necessities for meetings and events as required
Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet organizational standards
Available for occasional evening and weekend events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in executive assistance and social media management
Demonstrated track record of social media growth and strategy implementation (please provide metrics/examples)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Google, Canva, and scheduling software
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
Must reside in Monmouth or Ocean County, NJ
Availability for occasional evening and weekend events
