Responsibilities
Project leadership, managing and ensuring the success of projects from inception to completion, meeting client expectations and delivering within budget and schedule
Mentor and provide performance guidance to managers and staff, fostering professional growth
Pursue and develop business opportunities in infrastructure sectors, securing contracts for large-scale projects
Client Relations, develop lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and pursuing follow-on work
Strategic Contributions, play a pivotal role in contract management, resource allocation, and profitability of the department
Qualification
Required
Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri, PE in Illinois and other states considered a plus
At least a minimum of 15 - 20 years' post education experience managing complex projects and 10 years in a leadership role
Educational Requirements: BS Civil Engineering
Advanced proficiency with civil engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, standard of care, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues
Physical Requirements: The employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear. Sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs and lifting up to 25 Lbs. are also core physical requirements. Must also be able to drive to jobsites when necessary
Preferred
Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus
