Information Technology
Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
Serve as the primary owner for Genetec Security Software, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Manage and maintain Genetec user licenses and ensure compliance
Provide technical support and training for internal users on Genetec functionality
Ensure systems adhere to organizational security standards and best practices
Collaborate with security teams to maintain a secure IT environment
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
Generate reports on system health, security status, and Genetec usage
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in a Windows Server environment
Hands-on experience with Genetec Security Center or similar security software
Ability to get and manage Genetec certifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Security+, or Genetec Technical Certification
Experience with networking fundamentals and security best practices
