Responsibilities
Process sales orders for repairs of customer owned property
Follow order from receipt to shipment
Verify orders for accuracy – billing/shipping information, payment terms, price, ship methods, etc
Maintain sales order retention files per accepted practice
Work with other departments to resolve semi-routine customer order problems
Request updated information from customers
Provide quotes to the customer
Provide customer routine status updates including repair status, ship date, and AWB/Tracking number
Assist in training of less experienced employees
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrates competency (typically 2-4 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position)

Must be a US Person under ITAR to be eligible
