Virtual Assistant (Real Estate Account)
DBA Advisory is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant for their Real Estate Account to support property valuers. The role involves assisting with document creation, liaising with valuers, managing email correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems and databases.

Responsibilities
Assist with creating documents, letters, memos and reports, including valuation reports
Liaise with valuers and admin officers and assist with daily operations
Convert handwritten and/or typed notes into well-formatted reports
Transcribe verbal notes into text
Include photographs and other visuals into reports, when necessary
Handle incoming and outgoing email correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Keep the filing system organized, including team schedules and events
Create and maintain database
Build and maintain client relationships
Additional ad hoc responsibilities may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Business, Marketing, or related field
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Strong command of English language and grammar
Superb interpersonal skills and can quickly build rapport with colleagues and clients
Proficient in using MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)
Knowledgeable in using Photoshop, Canva or any similar software or application
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Can work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and be trained
Willing to be assigned to SM Clark, Pampanga
