Responsibilities
Required Hands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration experience
Required SPM/PPM module implementation experience
Required Expert knowledge in most of ServiceNow ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management Practices
Required Working knowledge of ServiceNow User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email modules, etc
Required Architected and implemented Integrations inbound / outbound with ServiceNow using Azure AD, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services REST/SOAP, email and others
Required Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing used when leading ServiceNow implementation activities, presenting to leadership, and training less experienced staff
Preferred Industry and project experience with ServiceNow
Preferred ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification
Preferred Technical Documentation including Technical Design, Implementation, and Configuration Plans
Preferred Experience implementing the Core Process Areas: User provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB
Preferred Some technical knowledge is highly desirable in programming e.g. Java, Javascript, SQL, etc
