Responsibilities
Support Forecasting & Planning: Own the monthly R&O (Risk and Opportunities) forecast and annual Bottoms-Up Planning (BUP) processes, ensuring marketing forecasts and performance trends are clearly articulated and aligned to business goals
Think Strategically and Act Proactively: Anticipate business needs and identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, automate reporting, and drive continuous improvement across key marketing processes
Tell Compelling Performance Stories: Translate data into actionable insights and narratives that influence acquisition marketing strategy, investment decisions, and future planning
Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Build and enhance Excel-based tools and templates that streamline forecasting and performance analysis for marketers
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Prospect Marketing channel leads, Global Investment Optimization (GIO), and analytics partners across the team to align on performance drivers, forecast assumptions, and growth opportunities
Support Senior Leadership Reviews: Prepare monthly performance readouts and executive commentary highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
Leverage TM1 and Support Marketers: Use the TM1 planning system to ensure accurate forecast submissions, provide guidance to marketers, and maintain data integrity across planning cycles
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, strategy, marketing performance, or financial planning
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, dashboards, automation)
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strategic mindset and passion for solving complex business problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong storytelling orientation
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required
Preferred
Experience in marketing analytics, forecasting, or reporting roles
Experience within digital marketing or acquisition strategy environments
