New Grad, Entry LevelSenior Helpers of High Point is a leading provider of compassionate in-home care services for seniors. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to help grow our client base and expand our community presence.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new referral sources, including healthcare providers, senior centers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking events to promote Senior Helpers services
Manage a lead pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
Organize and attend community events, health fairs, and senior expos
Coordinate with corporate marketing to create promotional materials and digital campaigns
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between referral sources, clients, and the care coordination team
Track sales performance and marketing effectiveness
Provide regular reports on lead generation, referral activity, and client acquisition
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in healthcare or senior services)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement
Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
