Responsibilities

Lead the Team: You’ll be the direct manager for 6 staff members. You’ll handle their schedules, help them solve daily problems, and keep morale high
Get Hands-On: You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. Whether it's helping set up an event or checking that a maintenance issue was fixed properly, you lead by example
Keep Us Safe & Organized: You’ll make sure all health and safety checks are done on time and that the paperwork is filed
Manage Local Help: You’ll be the main point of contact for our local vendors, such as cleaning crews and repair technicians, making sure they provide the service we pay for
Manage the Basics: You’ll keep track of a local budget for office supplies and maintenance to ensure we never run out of what we need

Required

You have experience managing a team of people doing manual or service-based tasks
You have a 'neat freak' eye for detail and notice when something isn't up to scratch
You enjoy being in the office and are happy to be on-site Monday through Friday
You can talk to anyone, from the CEO to the delivery driver, with a helpful and professional attitude
