Responsibilities
Own the Mobile Platform roadmap and execution, aligning platform investments to product priorities and feature-team outcomes
Maintain scalable, well-documented architectures that reduce toil and increase feature-team autonomy
Operate platform systems with strong engineering rigor: reliability, security, compliance, observability, and cost management
Drive adoption through excellent developer experience: documentation, samples, enablement, and support models
Define, instrument, and report a platform metrics scorecard that demonstrates productivity and quality improvements (baseline → target → outcomes)
Lead and grow a high-performing organization: hiring, mentoring, and career development
Qualification
Required
8+ years building customer-facing software with high performance, availability, and scalability; mobile app development experience strongly preferred
Experience leading teams delivering internal platforms (CI/CD, build/release engineering, developer tooling, automation, shared component libraries)
Strong people leadership: coaching, mentoring, organizational design, and talent development
Demonstrated ability to define metrics and communicate impact to stakeholders and executives
Experience in Agile/Scrum or similar delivery methodologies
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
