Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
One year of call center or customer service experience
Knowledge of office methods and procedures
Knowledge of telephone procedures and standard business communications
Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and basic mathematics
Skill to operate office machines including computers/PCs
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to independently follow established protocols
Ability to encourage respondents to answer questions, probe and clarify if needed
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
Willingness to complete all job-related travel associated with this position
