Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy for the S/4HANA program
Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations
Drive communication planning, leadership alignment, and end-user engagement
Support business process changes, operating model alignment, and change adoption activities
Monitor change readiness and proactively address resistance or adoption risks
Coordinate with Training and PMO teams to ensure seamless business transition

Required

Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations
Strong understanding of change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in driving user adoption and engagement
Ability to monitor change readiness and address resistance
