Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other LEAD-GENERATED methods
Must be able to travel to Brideport, Connecticut (for required training purposes)
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Present our product/service in a compelling and professional way
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets (and get rewarded for it!)
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system
Be part of a positive, energetic, and supportive team
Qualification
Required
Must be able to travel to Brideport, Connecticut (for required training purposes)
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfortable working outdoors (in all conditions) and on the move
Willingness to travel within the designated territory
Reliable transportation and a smartphone
Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check
Preferred
Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
