Lead innovation in online learning

Guide the development of engaging curriculum that meets industry standards and exceeds customer expectations

Shape product decisions through strategic collaboration with writers, resource groups, and partners

Manage budgets and prepare polished communications

Stay ahead of industry trends

Represent WebCE at forums and conferences, showcasing our commitment to excellence

Expand the course catalog to ensure it remains fresh and relevant for adult learners

Required

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

7-10 Years industry experience in Life and Health Insurance Industry

7-10 Years experience writing and developing adult learner education programs

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Reliable and able to work independently

Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Candidates located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex are strongly preferred
