New Grad, Entry LevelPipeline Plastics, LLC is seeking a Quality Technician Level 1 to join their growing quality team. This entry-level role involves conducting quality control inspections, performing tests, and analyzing data to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Conduct quality control inspections of incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
Perform testing and calibration of equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy
Identify and document defects, using data analysis techniques to track trends and patterns
Perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of quality issues
Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to prevent defects and improve processes
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using the Microsoft Office Suite
Apply SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods to monitor and improve process capability
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards
Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve quality-related issues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
Entry-level position; prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is a plus but not required
Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices
Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
May involve working in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise and machinery
Preferred
Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
Experience with root cause analysis techniques
