Diverse Lynx is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant/Developer to design, customize, and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements. Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
Design and implement workflows, business process flows, plugins, and custom workflow activities
Develop custom components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Manage and maintain CRM environments, including version upgrades and patches
Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or middleware
Provide technical support and resolve CRM-related issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA
Prepare technical documentation and participate in end-user training sessions

Required

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
Experience with Power Platform
Experience with integrations with third-party systems
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Experience customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
Ability to design and implement workflows, business process flows, plugins, and custom workflow activities
Experience developing custom components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Ability to manage and maintain CRM environments, including version upgrades and patches
