Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities with business spend management platforms, expense reimbursement providers, treasury systems, procurement platforms, ERP vendors, and adjacent fintech/software providers
Execute targeted outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build a high-quality front-book pipeline for the VP responsible for platform and strategic partnerships
Research and map target accounts to understand product offerings, customer segments, buying personas, decision-makers, and integration potential
Qualify inbound partnership interest and ensure timely, structured handover of sales-ready opportunities
Support the VP in managing active platform and software partnerships, helping to maintain strong relationships and identify expansion opportunities such as upsell, cross-sell, or deeper product integration
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for selected partners, coordinating with internal teams to support onboarding, technical alignment, and ongoing delivery
Track partner activity and performance, surfacing insights and opportunities to strengthen commercial collaboration
Work closely with product, integrations, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to align partner requirements with TransferMate’s payment and payout capabilities
Assist with the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, commercial summaries, and partner-specific materials
Support partner marketing initiatives and attend relevant industry events or conferences to generate new opportunities
Consistently meet or exceed activity, qualification, and pipeline generation targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach, conversations, and opportunities within the CRM
Stay informed on trends in corporate spend management, treasury operations, procurement technology, embedded finance, and B2B SaaS, as well as competitive and regulatory developments impacting these platforms

Required

3-5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales development, partnerships, or outbound lead generation, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or software platforms
Strong ability to research and qualify target accounts, including understanding software products, customer segments, buying personas, and integration potential
Hands-on experience executing outbound prospecting campaigns across email, calls, LinkedIn, and events, with a track record of generating qualified pipeline
Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across product, commercial, and technical teams
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records
Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with product, integrations, compliance, marketing, and operations teams
Commercial awareness and curiosity about embedded finance, payments infrastructure, corporate spend management, and B2B SaaS trends
Self-motivated, resilient, and performance-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to support pitch materials, proposals, and partner-facing documentations
