Responsibilities
Partnering with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Sales) to drive efficient contract workflows and support business needs
Supporting the full lifecycle of commercial contracts (primarily NDAs and vendor / partner / sales contracts) from intake through execution and renewal
Optimizing our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Ironclad, to help our contracting processes scale
Maintaining contract templates and related documentation
Creating systems for tracking contract status, key dates, obligations, and more
Recommending and implementing process improvements, automation, and best practices to streamline contracting operations
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years in-house legal experience, ideally supporting the Legal or Procurement team at a SaaS or technology company
A Bachelor's degree
Hands-on experience with a CLM system (Ironclad preferred) and e-signature tools
Experience developing or refining playbooks, templates, or process documentation
Basic familiarity with drafting or tailoring contract language (e.g., NDAs or amendments) using playbooks
Clear, confident communication and a collaborative mindset
Interest in how technology can elevate the work of legal professionals
Preferred
Experience using iManage
Experience using Asana or similar work management tools
Familiarity with other legal tools / technology
