Responsibilities
Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
Learn and apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
Take and make calls from warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources
Learn how to use our CRM and loan origination systems
Provide top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners
Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
Work in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results
Qualification
Required
Ability to evaluate loan applications
Ability to explain loan options
Ability to guide clients through the approval process
Experience working with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions
Ability to process loans accurately and in compliance with regulations
Ability to provide top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive team environment
