Executive Director of Sales
Responsibilities
Manage, retain, and expand relationships with existing clients through strategic account management and consultative selling
Identify, prospect, and engage new qualified clients to drive revenue growth
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and close
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain an organized pipeline and accurately track activity, opportunities, and results in the CRM system
Collaborate with sales leadership and teammates to strategically grow territory and market presence
Apply advanced sales techniques and continuously refine approach based on performance insights
Represent GlobalAir.com professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Maintain detailed, professional client notes and documentation in internal systems
Qualification
Required
Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or advertising/media sales
Demonstrated ability to manage long-term client relationships and close new business
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Media sales: 5 years (Required)
Willingness to travel: 25% (Required)
Preferred
Aviation industry experience is a plus, but not required
