Responsibilities
Design and architect cutting-edge RF systems from the ground up: transmitters, receivers, and RF front-ends operating in the 800MHz-8GHz range
Own complete product development cycles, from initial concept through prototyping, testing, and production release
Collaborate with talented cross-functional engineering teams and international manufacturing partners to bring sophisticated location technology products to market
Qualification
Required
5+ years of board-level RF circuit design experience
Strong expertise in antenna design, RF tuning, and troubleshooting
Proficiency with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and RF lab equipment
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
Preferred
UHF RFID reader design experience
RF power amplifier design background
Familiarity with RFID, UWB, WWAN, or other wireless systems
Experience with ADS, CST, or Cadence design tools
