Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the lab environment
Perform racking and stacking of equipment
Handle lab equipment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Recreate customer scenarios for testing and validation
Manage lab inventory and order necessary equipment
Maintain and update lab topology and platform documentation
Respond to and resolve urgent lab requests efficiently
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to provide updates and ensure transparency
Work independently to identify and resolve issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Networking (completed or in progress)
Basic hands-on experience with networking equipment, cabling, and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive and customer-focused attitude
