Responsibilities
Serve as the lead developer in a highly critical role, providing technical direction and best practices to the team
Act as a back‐end–heavy full stack developer with 8–9 years of Java experience
Must have strong testing background. will have testing panel interview focusing on test strategies, how to form test cases, etc
UI experience is highly preferred (Angular and/or React)
Utilize AI‐related tools such as Amazon Q, Lambda, SNS, and SQS
Possess strong database expertise, including schema design, optimization, and SQL proficiency
Demonstrate solid experience in testing, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
Work on the Data Intake application, a cloud‐based AWS solution that ingests data from external users using Lambda, serverless components, and multiple system integrations via APIs
Require strong API development and integration knowledge
Comfortable operating in both testing and development responsibilities
Own the automation architecture (functional and performance) and establish test frameworks and supporting infrastructure
Leadership background managing a 10‐person cross‐functional team (5 developers, 5 QA/testing), with a trajectory toward increased people‐management responsibility
Familiar with engineering metrics, code coverage, quality indicators, and continuous improvement practices
