Responsibilities
Lead business systems analysis activities for the program
Gather, refine, and document complex business and technical requirements
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams
Create business process maps, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support testing activities, including test case creation, validation, and defect prioritization
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and negotiate requirements
Assist with backlog grooming, prioritization, and project coordination when needed
Develop documentation and maintain project artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
Engage in data analysis and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Ensure traceability between requirements, solutions, and business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience delivering consumer‑facing websites, digital platforms, or transactional systems involving complex data, integrations, and business rules
Strong, hands‑on experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Expertise in workshop facilitation (e.g., JAD sessions, empathy mapping), data analysis, and business process/workflow creation
Clear, concise communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse, cross‑functional teams
