Demand Generation Specialist
Juicer Energy is a company delivering EV Charging Solutions to various property owners and operators. They are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to create and execute campaigns aimed at attracting potential buyers and generating leads for territory sales.

Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy: Develop and run targeted campaigns across all lead generation platforms (Juicerenergy.com, LinkedIn, Social Media, PR, Email, cold calls) to find people interested in offering EV Charging to their tenants and guests
Content Creation: Produce engaging content (blogs, posts, emails, sales tools, promotional offers) to draw in prospects and establish expertise
Lead Outreach & Nurturing: Use CRM (Monday.com) and lead generation platforms (Apollo), cold calling, landing pages (e.g., NOI Calculator), and other promotional offers to capture and engage prospects, then nurture them with online/email campaigns
Data & Analytics: Analyze market trends and campaign performance to refine strategies
Collaboration: Work with other go-to-market and sales teams to ensure lead quality and goal alignment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a post-secondary degree
1-3 years of experience creating content, customer demand, and sales development
Experience in relevant industries such as Multifamily real estate, prop tech, or energy
Strong content development, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that will see you execute today, revise from feedback and learnings, and execute again tomorrow
Passion for clean energy, customers winning with us, and team first attitude are a must
You are based in the greater Seattle area, with a willingness to work from our offices in Redmond, WA
