As a Staff DRAM Product Applications Engineer, you will be a liaison between engineering teams and customers, focusing on validation, characterization, and integration of DRAM components while leading product definition and quality improvements.

Responsibilities
Lead validation and characterization of DRAM products on system platforms and next-generation processors
Analyze yield and performance data to optimize reliability
Conduct root-cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions
Define and update component specifications and technical documentation
Develop application notes, design guides, and training materials
Act as the primary technical contact for customer integration and troubleshooting
Provide SI/PI guidance, memory controller timing recommendations, and bring-up support
Partner with customers to co-create and qualify components for specific use cases
Collaborate with R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing to influence product features and roadmaps
Drive test automation and data analysis using Python, Linux, and analytics platforms (e.g., JMP)
Prepare and present materials for Stage Gate reviews, communicating product strategy and specification trade-offs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
5–7 years of experience in DRAM product or applications engineering
Strong knowledge of DRAM architecture and standards (DDR4, DDR5, HBM, GDDR)
Deep understanding of system architecture and memory integration
Proficiency in Python, Linux, and analytics tools (e.g., JMP)
Experience with high-frequency lab equipment and SI/PI fundamentals
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills for customer and cross-functional engagement
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred
Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
