Las Vegas Territory Sales Manager – Specialty Coatings

They are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth by cultivating relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting specialty coatings products and services.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed territory sales goals
Identify, prospect, and secure new customer accounts within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our specialty coatings products
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer insights to management
Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and innovations in the specialty coatings market
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio and stay informed about the latest advancements in the coatings industry
Provide technical support to customers, including product recommendations, application advice, and troubleshooting assistance
Educate customers on the benefits and features of specialty coatings, including performance, durability, and environmental benefits
Act as the primary point of contact for customers within your territory, providing exceptional customer service
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including purchasing managers, engineers, and project managers
Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, proposals, and contracts
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the coatings, chemicals, or related industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of the specialty coatings market and industry trends is highly preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to customer challenges
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Preferred
Strong understanding of the specialty coatings market and industry trends is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
