Responsibilities
Post, update, and manage job listings on multiple hiring platforms
Review applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers
Assist with onboarding communication and documentation
Maintain accurate candidate tracking in our HR systems
Represent Prestige Trucking Insurance professionally and positively in all candidate interactions
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience using platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or BambooHR
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
Preferred
1+ year of recruiting or HR experience preferred (insurance or sales recruiting a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
