Mercedes-Benz USA is responsible for the sales, marketing, and service of all Mercedes-Benz and Maybach products in the United States. The STAR Intern for MB Academy Retail Training will support the design, development, and delivery of training programs for dealership and Mercedes-Benz USA team members, gaining exposure to instructional design and training operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and updating training materials for retail staff and dealership partners
Support the coordination and execution of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning sessions
Participate in team meetings, shadow instructional designers, and contribute to curriculum projects
Help manage logistics for training events and track participant feedback
Collaborate with team members on special projects, including video editing and content creation
Complete a capstone ‘Lessons Learned’ presentation at the end of the internship

Required

You must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Curiosity, initiative, and a customer-service mindset
Attention to detail and organizational skills
