Responsibilities
Design Custom Solutions: Use Pool Studio to create visually stunning, efficient designs tailored to client visions and site constraints
Consultative Sales: Meet clients in person, conduct site visits, and guide homeowners from initial concepts to final handshake
Lead Ownership: Take full control of your pipeline, managing leads, appointments, and closing processes from start to finish
Network & Hustle: Attend builder meetings, expos, and community events to grow your reach and generate high-value leads
Regulatory Liaison: Help clients navigate the permitting and HOA process, leveraging our 15+ years of oceanfront expertise
Bridge the Gap: Communicate benefits clearly (no jargon) and act as the connection between the client and our construction experts
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in pool design, sales, or construction is strictly required
You must be able to create 3D renderings and technical designs using Pool Studio
Experience managing luxury residential projects and working confidently within a draw-against-commission structure
Ability to manage leads, appointments, and the sales pipeline from initial consultation to final contract
Familiarity with Florida permitting, HOA processes, and coastal building codes (DEP)
Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to perform onsite measurements and site assessments in the Florida heat
Preferred
Background in luxury home services, pool construction, or high-end outdoor living
Familiarity with high-end communities in New Smyrna Beach, Daytona, Palm Coast, or Ponte Vedra
Understanding of smart-pool technology and energy-efficient equipment
