Responsibilities

Implement marketing strategies to develop a client base and open new business opportunities within Data Centers through networking, company generated leads, and trade shows
Identify and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities by maintaining and increasing sales volume with existing and new accounts within your assigned territory
Leverage your understanding of our products, applications and features to solve customer problems and offer solutions with excellent proposals and quotes
Meet or exceed your sales KPIs while focusing on quality. Collect, analyze, report data around performance, campaign, and operational execution to drive conversions and qualified leads
Share, learn, collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies, improve execution, and ideas that drive business results
40 Customer visits a month minimum and 144 customer visits properly enriched and recorded in CRM database (Acumatica)
100% Lightspeed tagged in CRM
100% enriching accounts (proper parent and child hierarchy, with up-to-date notes and correct contact information.)

Required

Bachelor's degree
At least 3+ years virtual experience B2B industrial sales experience – utilizing phone/video/email to build relationships with accounts under $250k a year
CRM expert with strong organizational skills to ensure every calendar task is successfully completed and each activity is logged accurately
Strong communication skills with a desire to drive conversion rates by calling customers we haven't worked with in at least 6 months
Mentorship abilities to train junior sales reps and set them up for success
Determination, grit, and resilience with positive and energetic phone skills
Active listening skills, strong writing, and presentation skills
Coachability, natural curiosity, and intrinsic motivation with excellent time management skills
Valid driver's license, with a clean MVR

Preferred

Experience in the fields of hydraulics, tube fittings, or other industrial fitting applications
