Responsibilities
Own procurement across multiple active residential projects
Source materials, finishes, fixtures, appliances, and equipment
Obtain and compare pricing, lead times, and availability
Issue purchase orders and track orders from approval through delivery
Maintain accurate procurement logs, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate deliveries with site teams and resolve conflicts or delays
Communicate with vendors, showrooms, fabricators, and suppliers
Track substitutions, backorders, and changes and flag impacts early
Work closely with project managers to align procurement with construction schedules
Maintain organized documentation, invoices, and vendor records
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in procurement, material sourcing, or purchasing within residential construction or development
Understanding of Project Management and interior design software
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and how procurement impacts schedules
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Clear communicator with vendors, site teams, and internal staff
Proficient in spreadsheets and procurement tracking systems
Experience sourcing high-end residential materials and finishes
Familiarity with Buildertrend, Programa, or similar platforms
Existing vendor and supplier relationships
Background in construction, development, or design-adjacent fields
