New Grad, Entry LevelZoweh is seeking a Podcast Producer & Editor to support the weekly recording, editing, and distribution of the Exploring More Podcast. This role involves technical skills in video and audio production as well as the ability to facilitate engaging conversations and manage the editing process for various platforms.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all in-studio setup, recording flow, and teardown for podcast recording sessions (typically two episodes per recording block)
Preparing show materials:
Printing show notes and episode outlines
Studio setup:
Formatting SD cards
Preparing studio cameras and lighting
Powering on and configuring audio platform
Recording facilitation:
Walking hosts through the episode flow and core concept
Initiating recording using a clapper/slate for sync
Managing time cues (10-minute and 5-minute warnings)
Helping hosts “land the plane” at the close of each episode
Post-recording:
Powering down studio equipment
Exporting audio files to drive
Offloading video footage to designated drives
Ensuring all assets are properly labeled and stored
Edit long-form podcast episodes for both video and audio platforms with clarity, consistency, and a high production standard
Editing full-length video podcast episodes
Adding:
Intro and outro sequences
Promotional segments (as provided)
Lower thirds for names, titles, quotes, Scripture, references, or key moments
Exporting:
Final video version
Final audio-only version
High-quality still frames of hosts (Michael & SJ) for thumbnails
Manage the publishing process across all podcast platforms
Uploading episodes to YouTube, Libsyn, and Otter
Writing episode descriptions (using ChatGPT project file that has been trained to use the episode transcript)
Creating Episode Thumbnail
Scheduling episodes according to the release calendar
Verifying uploads and playback prior to release
Creating 2–6 promotional video clips per episode
Editing reels optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Writing or adapting captions aligned with Zoweh’s voice and messaging
Coordinating clip delivery with the social media and marketing team
Qualification
Required
Experience with podcast or long-form video production
Comfortable managing audio, video, lighting, and file workflows
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Able to hold both technical excellence and relational awareness
Preferred
Familiarity with YouTube and podcast hosting platforms is a plus
Alignment with Zoweh's mission and values preferred
