Qualification
Required
2+ years at a startup or clear evidence you've built/owned a meaningful product or feature in a fast-moving environment
Comfort working in small teams where your work directly shapes the company
Full-stack engineers with a tilt toward either Front-end: React, Next.js, Vue, modern UI systems
Back-end: Python, Go, TypeScript/Node, distributed systems
Preferred
Bonus points for engineers who care about product, not just code
