Qualification
Required
Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of fireplaces, gas appliances, or related equipment
Knowledge of tools, equipment, or mechanical systems relevant to the role

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical reasoning skills
Strong communication and customer service skills to explain processes and interact with clients
