Responsibilities
Assess, recommend, and implement technology solutions to improve business processes and customer satisfaction
Evaluate available tools (e.g., Alchemer, Microsoft Teams Premium, RedCAP, ASIIS) and recommend the best solution for specific workflows
Map end-to-end processes, configure systems, and train small teams to ensure successful adoption
Conduct capability assessments of approved platforms for survey, communication, and data tracking needs
Compare features, compliance requirements, and integration options; prepare recommendation reports for leadership
Perform needs assessments with stakeholders; document current workflows and identify gaps
Develop future-state process maps and functional requirements aligned with Co-Ag objectives
Configure selected tools (e.g., Teams Voice auto attendants, call queues; Alchemer surveys; RedCAP forms)
Build automated workflows using Power Automate and dashboards using Power BI for customer satisfaction tracking
Conduct implementation testing; validate functionality against requirements
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT/OET for technical support
Develop SOPs, quick-start guides, and training materials
Train small teams on system use, reporting, and process compliance
Conduct targeted research to support programmatic decision-making, such as identifying provider networks or evaluating available tools and functionalities to improve operational reach and efficiency
Track milestones, prepare progress reports, and communicate status to sponsors and stakeholders
Ensure deliverables meet Co-Ag grant requirements and County standards
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of experience in business systems analysis or IT project implementation
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
