Qualification
Required
20+ years of professional experience in architecture
Strong architectural training
Proven experience across hospitality and high-end residential projects
Confident operating at a senior, client-facing level
Strong design sensibility with a pragmatic understanding of delivery
Preferred
licensure preferred but not essential
Interiors experience or fluency is a plus
