Manage listings, contracts, and transaction documentation through closing

Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and cooperating agents
Utilize CRM and digital transaction tools to manage leads and follow up
Maintain compliance with Michigan real estate laws and brokerage policies
Qualification
Required
Active California real estate license is required
Ability to manage transactions independently from start to finish
Comfortable working remotely and leveraging digital tools
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
