Inside Sales Representative
Light Engine Technologies, Inc. is a commercial light fixture manufacturer specializing in high-quality LED architectural lighting. They are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team through accurate quoting, order entry, and sales coordination while working closely with various internal teams to ensure accuracy from quote through production.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate customer quotes and related sales documentation
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for sales orders
Enter pricing, orders, and customer information into internal systems
Review orders for accuracy, specifications, and lead times
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve questions or discrepancies
Track quotes and support follow-up as needed
Maintain organized and accurate sales and project records
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail, particularly with pricing and data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-based environment
Preferred
1–5 years of inside sales, sales support, or related experience preferred
Architectural or commercial lighting experience strongly preferred
Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience with or willingness to learn Parspec
