New Grad, Entry LevelCarrack Accounting Services is a specialized accounting firm dedicated exclusively to serving nonprofit organizations. They are seeking a motivated Commission-Based Account Specialist to support client acquisition efforts within the nonprofit sector.

Responsibilities
Identifying and engaging prospective nonprofit organizations in need of accounting services
Educating prospects on service offerings, value proposition and nonprofit-focused expertise
Conducting initial outreach via phone, email, networking events, referrals and other approved channels
Coordinating introductions and handoffs to the Carrack Accounting onboarding or leadership team
Supporting the sales process through follow-up communication and relationship management
Maintaining professionalism, ethical sales practices and accurate representation of company services (Integrity is a must in our eyes!)
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, Business, or related college program
Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable with commission-based compensation
Strong communicators with good phone and email etiquette
Interested in long-term career opportunities in accounting or nonprofit finance
No prior sales experience is required, training is provided! A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential
