Assist customers in determining the right vehicle based on customer needs and budget
Review financing options available for the customer
Utilize computer systems to handle sales leads and sales
Understand and execute all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to deal documentation and cash handling
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
Comply with laws and regulations to protect and safeguard customer identity
Comply with company policies/procedures to protect and safeguard customer identity
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English and Spanish
At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail industry
Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities
Ability to work with customers in a professional manner and a team environment
Looking for candidates with the ability to negotiate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent typing and computer skills
Great listening ability
