Responsibilities

Lead quality qualification for new CMs and NPIs, validating Quality Management Systems (QMS), equipment, and environmental controls like Cleanrooms and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
Act as the primary global Quality POC, driving accountability through quarterly business reviews, and KPIs
Oversee QMS audits and structural change management to standardize quality output and proactively mitigate production risks
Drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives using advanced problem-solving to execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
Manage complex project portfolios and synthesize data into executive presentations to align Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, industrial, materials, or a related engineering field
5 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing or Product Engineering of cloud hardware technology or electronic hardware systems
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or other relevant engineering field
Certified Reliability/Quality Engineer (CRE/CQE) certification or equivalent experience
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams using a practical and solution-oriented approach
Experience with advanced statistical (or statistics based) methodologies (e.g., design of experiments, statistical process controls, six sigma etc.)
Experience with manufacturing and field issue debug, root cause analysis and corrective actions and in manufacturing ESD and auditing
