Responsibilities
Hit monthly revenue targets using BODYBAR’s proven membership sales system
Maximize retention through member experience and connection strategies
Self-generate leads through partnerships, community events, and referral campaigns
Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a high-performing front desk team
Maintain the studio’s vibe: clean, organized, on-brand, and full of good energy
Manage product inventory, apparel displays, and admin supplies
Cultivate community in and out of class—be the face of BODYBAR in your city
Ensure studio policies and procedures are followed at all times
Qualification
Required
2+ years of leadership or sales experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Passionate about health and wellness (Pilates lover? Even better!)
Confident communicator—in-person, phone, email, or DMs
Super organized and deadline-driven
High integrity, reliable, and a natural team player
Comfortable with client management software and tech tools
