Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, and other complex commercial disputes
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and trial
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop effective case strategies
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the NY and NJ Bar and in good standing
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure
Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
