They are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Analyst to support financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation of multifamily properties while participating in client meetings and prospecting new business.

Responsibilities
Support the team with financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation of multifamily properties
Research market data and trends to identify opportunities
Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
Participate in client meetings, property tours, and team strategy sessions
Prospect new business and grow your professional network with direct outreach to property owners and investors
Qualification
Required
A soon-to-be or recent college graduate (Bachelor's degree by Summer 2026)
Ability to drive to Rye Brook, NY office and properties in surrounding areas
Track record of success: athletics, personal achievements, or leadership roles
Excellent communication skills
US work authorization
Real Estate License (not required for initial interviews)
