Contactful is a growing B2B productivity product focused on helping professionals organize and manage relationships on LinkedIn. They are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across various roles, working closely with founders and hiring managers to shape hiring processes and build long-term talent pipelines.

Responsibilities
Managing full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to offer)
Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networks
Using contactful daily
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future roles
Conducting screening calls and coordinating interviews
Partnering with hiring managers on role definitions and hiring strategy
Improving recruitment workflows, tools, and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Have experience as a recruiter, talent partner, or sourcer
Use LinkedIn as a primary sourcing channel
Understand how to assess both skills and cultural fit
Are organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
Enjoy improving processes rather than following rigid ATS rules
Preferred
Experience recruiting for startups or SaaS companies
Familiarity with tech, product, or growth roles
Interest in recruiting tools and workflow optimization
