3+ years expPenbrothers is an HR & remote talent management partner, seeking a reliable and analytical HR Analytics & Reporting Analyst. The role involves supporting senior HR stakeholders with data analyses, preparing HR dashboards and reports, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities
You will work closely with senior HR and Corporate Development stakeholders and support them with clear, decision-ready data and analyses
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and recurring reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting KPIs)Analyze HR and operational data and highlight patterns, trends and inconsistencies
Further develop and standardize reporting structures and templates
Support ad-hoc analyses for management and portfolio companies
Prepare management-ready presentations (clear visuals, clear messages)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and documentation
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data-driven roles (HR, finance, operations or consulting)
Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
Able to structure ambiguous data and ask the right clarifying questions
Excel (advanced: formulas, pivot tables, structured datasets)
Power BI (or similar BI tools – strong plus)
AI tools and LLM-based applications (e.g. ChatGPT, API-based AI tools)
Experience with Microsoft Teams / Share / PowerPoint or Google Slides
Experience working independently as a remote team member
Very good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Preferred
Experience with HR KPIs / People Analytics is a plus
Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus
Experience working with European or international stakeholders is a plus
German speaking is a plus
