Responsibilities
Locate and extract data from internal software applications, consolidating information into a master document
Verify data accuracy through quality checks and comparisons across systems
Maintain data integrity by ensuring consistency in all housed documentation
Follow all established company and departmental policies and procedures
Cross-train in related areas (keying, reassociation, data entry) to provide team coverage as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong ability to read and follow detailed instructions
Dependable and committed to consistent attendance (38–40 hours per week)
Able to adapt to change, manage stress, and perform under deadlines
Meets production and accuracy standards within 90 days of training completion
Preferred
Previous experience in lockbox operations, data entry, or data collection
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
